The newly renovated Niles High School (Niles, Mich.) baseball field will celebrate its makeover with a ceremony and a three-game tournament on Saturday. The project was headed up by local residents and made possible by a contribution of $55,000 from Illitch Charities for Children, which assists several groups in Michigan, including Math Corps at Wayne State University and others.
